Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in timein order to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are strictly non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email, including the booking reference number. A cancellation is only considered valid once confirmed by the hotel via email.
Same-Day Cancellation
Cancellations made on the day of arrival, or within 24 hours of check-in, are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed as follows:
- PayPal: within 1 business day
- Credit Card: up to 5 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the reservation will be treated as non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.
Amendments to Booking
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Any rate differences or additional charges must be borne by the guest. Advance notice is recommended.
Travel Disruptions
In the event of flight cancellations or travel disruptions occurring less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the reservation remains non-refundable. Guests are advised to consult their travel insurance provider.
Check-in Policy
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and hotel discretion. Additional charges may apply.
Check-out Policy
Standard check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Late Check-out
Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of THB 200 per hour. Guests are requested to contact reception during their stay.
Early Departure/ Early check out
Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date are not eligible for refunds for unused nights.
