1. Can I cancel my booking and get a full refund?
To receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 1 day before arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted via email, quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation is only acknowledged and accepted when you receive a confirmation email from the hotel.

Kindly be informed that in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the reservation will be treated as non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
