COVID-19 Update:

Dear valued guest,

Health and safety of our guests, employees and our partners is the number one priority of Phuket Airport Hotel. To ensure your health and safety during the COVID-19 virus outbreak, Phuket Airport Hotel is taking additional measures.

Cleaning and hygiene,

Phuket Airport Hotel has always had a high standard of cleanliness. Beside our daily cleaning routine, we will use special disinfecting detergent to clean all surfaces after being used by guests, employees or other visitors. Public areas are also disinfected every hour.

In addition to our daily deep cleaning of guest rooms, we also will use disinfecting detergent after a guest checks out of a room.

Further we will place hand sanitizers in public areas, like our reception and lobby.

Our employees,

To guarantees your health and safety we are training all our employees on COVID-19 measurements. Besides the training, we keep them informed about all (new) rules and regulation made by Thai government and local health authorities.

All our employees are obligated to wear a facemask during their working hours. They also have to wash their hands frequently during their shift.

Body temperature check,

All guests, employees and other visitors entering our hotel, will have their body temperature measured by using an infrared thermometer.

Distancing,

To meet social distancing requirements made by the Thai government and local health authorities, we placed tables in our restaurant with a distance of 1.5 meter.

We also ask for your co-operation to keep a social distance and prevent gatherings of groups more than 6 people. Distancing is also applicable on our free Airport Shuttle Service.
